install xampp di linux

Pemanfaatan OS Linux sebagai server ga harus makek server Apache doank kok, apalagi klo phpmyadmin+apacvhe+mysql diinstall atu2. Klo udah bisa sih gpp, bagus malah :D
Tp gimana ama newbie yang pengen belajar bikin server di Linux, tapi blom tau cara install ketiga komponen di atas?

Hm,g usah khawatir Ada cara instan untuk mempermudah proses belajar server. Cobalah XAMPP

XAMPP di Linux sama sepeti XAMPP di Windows. Cukup jalanin XAMPP dan ketiga komponen akan jalan (server, database, phpmyadmin).

OK,kita mulai sajah tutorialnya :

Pertama, install Linux dulu. Asumsi Linux sudah terinstall, lalu copy XAMPP for Linux di Desktop user kamu. XAMPP bisa diambil di situsnya, googling sajah. Nah, kini buka konsole.


Lalu pindah ke Desktop home si Bytescode (sesuaikan ama home dari user Linux lu yah)
[bytescode@my-machine]#cd /home/bytescode/Desktop

Liat isi Desktopnyah
[bytescode@my-machine-Desktop]# ls -a

Nah, kini install XAMPP. Cukup pakek 1 command ajah kok :
[bytescode@my-machine-Desktop]# tar -xzvf xampp(versi_ama_type_file_yaitu_tar_gz) -C /opt

Dijamin paket tar gz-nya XAMPP bakal diesktrak oleh system ke direktori /opt dan otomatis mmbentuk folder lampp disana.

Nah, berikut silahkan gunakan command-command di bawah ini untuk menjalankan XAMPP :
/opt/lampp/lampp start –> memulai XAMPP
/opt/lampp/lampp stop –> mengakhiri XAMPP
/opt/lampp/lampp restart –> menjalankan ulang (restart) XAMPP

untuk file webnya, letakkan di /opt/lampp/htdocs. Gunakan permission chmod 777 jika diminta.
